Stuck on black Cryptic screen (This issue should be fixed now. -Andy)

I am looking for some suggestions. I was in PE and attempted to go to SH when my game crashed. When I restarted the loader gave me some error and went through a countdown of its own to start again. After finally authenticating the verification process started by itself. I let it complete and I was able to start the game. However, I don't get further than the black Cryptic screen I just hangs in both normal and safe mode. Any ideas?

    Same here just got home and when trying to enter... the game gets stuck on Cryptic black screen.

    I experienced the same thing, I closed out the client and arc restarting them both(as I am sure you have) no luck.
    Miss running dungeons...

    Great.....now I'm stuck with the black Cryptic logo loading screen. Currently running a Verify, hopefully it works. :/




    VERIFY did NOT work!!! :'(

    I've verified my files twice now, and rebooted after each time. No effect, I'm stuck at the Cryptic screen as well, so I'm thinking one of the servers must be having issues.

    same here only logo showing up game then stays on logo and wont do anything

    steps tryed:
    reinstall
    tryed loading game client.exe without the launcher
    got to the login screen wont connect to account server from there

    tryed previeuw server same problem

    Stuck on Cryptic screen. Get "Error 4" when loading on the first try,
    then it tries again and doesn't pass the black Cryptic screen.

    Not going to reinstall. Will try the other things...

    same problem, tried to verify nothing, tried to run in full screen (from options on patcher) and gave me Error 4, kept restarting the patcher over and over again. Trying to run in safe mode now..

    Works in Safe mode (passed the cryptic black screen)

    Safe mode and running from Arc was a No-Go. :s

    Same problem, stuck on black screen with white 'Cryptic' name.
    What did you guys do? I was in fine and dandy earlier today and did not see any patch download but now I can't get past that screen.
    Windows 10 laptop if it matters.

    Stuck at the Cryptic screen here as well.. worked fine earlier. I verified files, but I refuse to reinstall.

    If you're running via proxy, you can try switching to direct link...

    ...just worked just sweet for me.

    Excuse me, i got the same problem right today. What should i do?
    On Cryptic screen it loads only a quarter and then it crashes right away..

    keeping this live, just tried to log in, cant even get the launcher up ...
    message on the launcher - the website is experiencing technical difficulties, normal play is not affected

    Closing and reopening the game worked for me. I did not verify files, I just closed the game with Task Manager, and reopened. It happens almost every time I open the game after turning on my PC.
