Oathbound Buff (Divine Innervate) - Devotion

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to figure out what procs our "Oathbound Buff". I have 5 feat points into "Divine Innervate" and I never see it proc. I've tried just different powers and at-wills but I never see my "Oathbound Buff" up. Anyone have any insight on this?

    I believe your "Oathbound buff" is just your passive aura ability. It means that anyone that is in your aura will get the additional DR.

    I could be wrong, but that's how I understood it.
