Dark Lacquer

So I've been trying to do the Mastercrafting for Weaponsmithing. Thanks for putting explorer maps in the marketplace (albeit raising the price to 3000 guild marks didn't help). Anyways, I am busy doing the task where I have a 20% chance of turning 3 Adamant sands into Blooms, 12 times. I thought I'd prepare for the next task which I know from Preview is making ingots. (I finished the bloom task on preview by copying over a bunch of sand). Anyways, I know the next task needs Dark Lacquer (and more Blooms, yeah!). I actually need like 30 Dark Lacquers, I have a 20% chance on a task that consumes Dark Lacquer, and I need to complete it 6 times (hence the estimate of 30).

However, I can't seem to figure out where Dark Lacquer comes from. It seems like it should come from an explorer map, but the four maps that are for sale in my marketplace don't list it as an item. Dark Lacquer is on the Auction House (not 30, but about 7), but they cost between 205-400K AD each. So that over 7.5 million AD, so that's not going to happen.

So my question is, where does Dark Lacquer come from? And how can I get some, in sufficient quantities, without spending truckloads of AD.

It comes from Artificing. You need 4 Lacquer branches per chance to make one Dark Lacquer but you get 2 back when it fails.

    Ok, hold the phone...

So I finished the create 12 adamant blooms today for Weaponsmithing Mastercrafting. Now I gotta make 6 ingots, each one needing one Dark Lacquer.

BUT..............I can't make Dark Lacquer because I'm not a an Artificer mastercraft. So I level my guy to 25.

BUT............I can't get the mastercraft tasks because I'm working on Weaponsmithing. So I go to preview and try dropping the task, so that I can accept the artificing tasks. I do that, but then I test what happens when I re-accept the weaponsmithing task, Surprise.....I need to start theit over and create the 12 blooms again.

How am I supposed to complete the 2nd part of the task by creating ingots, if I can't get the recipe for Dark Lacquer. Is my only recourse to buy them on the AH. That can't be the only way. Part of me thinks that maybe the recipe is wrong and it should just be lacquer, and not Dark Lacquer. That makes more sense because I can get lacquer from explorer maps.

I'm really trying to not give up on Mastercrafting, but you are making it tough.

Here is the original post and forum thread From what I understood, they wanted players to either get them from guildies or the AH....but I could be wrong (hopefully I am).
There's another thread about crafting here Scout. In there tassedethe13 points out the issue you're having
    The quests have 2 parts...

    1quest 1st part: "Bring me 500 load of c****"
1quest 2nd part: "bring Me those 3 rare Tier 3 craft" => give 0% tool

2quest 1st part: "Bring me 3 shiny gold thing"
2quest 2nd part: "Bring me again 3 gold thing and larger gold thing" => give 40% tool

Confusion level maximum, notice that between 2quest 1st part and 2quest 2nd part, you will have to use a second profession to craft .... but as the npc already took your 3 gold thing, you can't cancel quest to up the other profession and stay stuck....

Yeah, I'm not involved in Masterwork Professions because I'm in a medium-small guild, but the point of the system is to work together as a guild.

Player A does Artificing, Player B does Weaponsmithing and they trade things to Player C who is doing Tailoring (or whatever).
