Stronghold boons not applied even though active.

Level:70
Stonghold active boons:Arm Pen,defence
Before recent Patch: Def 6k++(same armor)
After Patch:Def3.3K
Arm Pen before patch:8K(same armor)
After partch: 6K
As i beleive due to the tool tip fix on grasping root.(Not sure just a wild guess)
Please look into this matter , causing huge difference in terms of damage and defence resulting in no action in Epic Demogorgon and other epic dungeons.

For some of my characters, I was getting low values for those boons. Going to the SH boon page and clicking on the powers (even though they appeared to be active) made my character sheet update to the correct increased values.
