dragons hoard enchant broken, not nerfed

I know there was a nerf. it's been the topic of many discussions. but the notes said a normal player shouldn't ever notice it. I definitely have. I have tymora's enchant 7's and 8's and salvagers on one character. I get very regular drops. For awhile I was running dragons hoard in 2 slots not getting much. so I switched the hoards over to my other character again not much at all. yesterday in hours of farming I got 4 pearls. Today. I farmed for four hours.. after yesterday I thought, what happens if I buy a lesser and put it in another slot.. so today. I had 1 lesser and two dragons hoards.. I got NOTHING.. not a thing. not even a pearl.. (out side of the ones you get as rewards for HE) It's busted.

    in for a penny in for a pound.. I bought one more lesser and now I'm getting the drops I'd expect. so now I'm at 2 lessers and 2 dragonshoard

    so you were not getting anything with a 2% chance, but are now getting something with a 6% chance? Seems normal.

    no I was not getting something with a 4% chance and there were two so chances should be increased. My salvagers and tymoras have a lesser chance and I get regular drops from them. I upped it to a 5% chance and I was still getting nothing. upped it to a 6% and all of a sudden it's plentiful.

    Oh, well maybe it is broke. I think the devs said in a twitter question that it was not acting right, but they did not say it was broke.

    My Experience is that During Double Refinement, the DH Drop rate was nothing. Now that we are out of Double Refinement, I get Drops like normal. Could just be me. Interested in what your drop rate is like now.

    It is definitely broken or severely nerfed past what people have said in the past. I have 13% on my CW and while waiting around for 2 hours farming No Sympathy I killed random mobs here and there to kill time. In that 2 hours and killing maybe 150-200 mobs I think I got 4 drops worth about 4000k RP. Before mod 6 I would at least get 1 drop a minute if I killed mobs consistently.

    I've got 5% on 3 of my characters and I average 2 or 3 in a 10 min dungeon run...

    and that is consistent with broken or buggy code. different builds different armor different results. I've had problems getting anything at all to drop on both my HR and my CW.

    I only run one DHE at 3%, so I don't have to much to base my experience on. Plus, I have never and will never waste my time grinding for refining stones. So What I have gotten has seemed like a good bit considering my main and off hand are both legendary, and 2 of my 4 artifacts are mythic. But, if you are having problems on your HR, then that sucks
