Artifact : orb of elemental fire , boosts lightning? why?

This artifact is the orb of elemental fire

yet it's power increases the STORM path mage who doesnt use fire at all, can we get this changed? I'd like it to boost my fire mage since it is an orb of elemental fire

    it costs way too much to unluck features (one of my biggest costing gripes STILL!)

    It should be 1 augment cube for 1 unlock.. simple , easy way to fix costing and make everyone happy.

    This is the sort of stuff that drives players nuts, yet they cant get out of thier own way to fix.

    So on my OP all I wanted was the Wisdom feature on my artifact, of course it was the LAST random unock and cost me around 800K AD in aug cubes to unlock it.... just figures.

    All of the greatest fire benders can shoot lightning.
