Invocation not working

I press the lb button on my Xbox to use the Invocation feature I see my character doing the animotion the screen goes to the rewards screen but there are no rewards and I can continually do this and won't receive my gifts I have tried multiple character and get the same outcome

Did you check your overflow bags?

Weird. I had overflow, but room in inventory. That did it, thanks.
