Retraining Tokens bound to character

I bought a few things from the zen store this past weekend including retraining tokens that I wanted to use, but I found out after that the tokens are bound to the character that purchased it not to the account. Can we please make the tokens so they can be used by any character in the same account? I don't think there's any harm in making this change and it would really help ppl who like trying different classes.

    It's the same for Race Retools and Change Appearance Tokens. I made the same mistake during a previous sale with all three. I'm pretty sure I confirmed that it says this is the case in the description, so I took it as a learning experience, but it would be great if they were account bound.

    I'm glad i'm not the only one to make that mistake, I do hope that they make it account bound though :(

    It would be nice. There is, as far as I can tell, no real reason for them to not be account wide.
