Most everyone knows the drowned shore/water weapon bonus overperforms and gives 100% healing over 30sec instead of 50% healing over 30sec. But here is a summary of what is broken with the other two weapons:
Reclamation Rock/Earth Weapon Bonus: Broken. Gives only 3 stacks for 10% damage reduction.
Supposed to give 5 stacks for 25% damage reduction. We tested this (thank Fatty markus) very methodically with and without the earth weapon bonus by taking the average of hundreds of atwills (no feats/pets/boons). Over two trials, the average atwill dmg of was compared and difference with the 3stacked earth bonus active was -10% +/- 0.2% error. Each stack is apparently worth -3.3% damage reduction standing still (not 5%) for a total of -10% (not -25%). IF you jump, or move at all, you lose the stacks.
Spinward/Air Weapon Bonus: Broken, does not work for SW or GWF sprint.
Underpowered, Speed Boost is a bit too shortlived making the bonus gimpy versus other weapons. Mote collection is buggy. Slowest, least popular, and most difficult to farm. I farmed this for mobile utility for my SW to do something different than the masses and was sadly disappointed to find it doesn't even work, at all. Note: Hard epic encounter, very few people to help. Buggy.. If you don't do all 3 phases of mistral HE you sometimes don't get a mote. If you do any of the smaller map HEs, something bugs and you don't get a mote from epic Mistral until you drop and retake the heart quest in PE.
The fire weapon bonus works very well but the tooltip is vague (chance to give a 25% AP refund on daily use is actually a 100% chance but this is not clear from the tooltip). People with this and snail are popping off effortless dailies often faster than encounters.

"a chance" doesn't mean "100%", this need to be fixed aswell.
"Every time" using a Daily "Automatically" gaining AP is too much,
the chance rate's need to tuned down.
Please read asterdahl's response on AP gain being once every 30 seconds.
even worse than the 100% heal of drowned which is not a big deal because of heal depressing,
(and its "overtime" heal not instant like Fire-AP)
But using a NonStop Daily "Even early than an a Encounter skills" lol no way,
the Burning Weapons need to be reworked-
I have both the snail and the fire weapon on my cw, plus all the ap gain I could get and it's not that I can cast dailies faster than encounters. Entangling force on tab before nerf is what i would call OP for refilling a daily
