Careful Attack DoT and Stamina/AP Drains

HRs careful attack proc's these too much. Once they got you marked with DoT, it procs in ridiculous amount.

    1 proc every 1.5 sec is a ridiculous amount?

    If you can prove that careful attack procs AP drain, then you should provide this data and post in the bug report.

    Otherwise other classes have DoTs as well.
