Greater Bag of Holding

Hi,
I want to get rid of a greater bag of holding. It's bound to character and I can't sell or delete it. Is there any way or will this bag always cost me one inventory slot?

    As of right now, unfortunately. I'm in the same boat. I'm guessing they'll do something about it in the future, but goodness only knows when.

    Same problems, but I have 2x 12 slot and an 18 slot gathering dust in my bank.

    Possible solution: If a bag has not been used for 30 days, it becomes totally unbound and you can do anything (including but not limited to:sell, AH, trade, sell to vendor, give to alt/guild, etc.) with no restrictions until it has a new owner which gives it BTA status.

    Unbinding from BtC to unbound will never happen.

    Bags used to be unbound, and the devs consciously chose to make them BtC a few months ago.
