Client crashes

I cannot get on my Cleric, when im on character selection, when my cleric shows up on character selection it freezes it, then when i try to go in-game on my cleric, it loads half way then freezes? anyone else getting this, i have 4 other toons and i can get on them except my cleirc.. help? it was working before the new patch

    My client freezes on the character selection screen so that I can't even click on a different character or load into the game. Tried restarting computer, re-installing Neverwinter, patching all the files, safe mode.. nothing works. I can load onto the preview server just fine.

    Pretty much the same mate, just only my cleric crashes me :/

    Same here. Can't get in/past Neverwinter screen - game crashed w cryptic error screen. Completely reinstalled arc/steam/Neverwinter , and even upgraded to win 10 and made sure all graphics drivers updated. (4gb r9270x) 24gb Ram Extreme Edition i7 core. No matter what I do, I can't load the game at all.

    Yeah man same, we can only wait till they fix the problem, seems like a lot of people are having some sort of client crash

    When i try to get in the Stronghold on any of my characters, My game crashes... i have no idea why this happens and i cant contribute to my guild because it crashes everytime i try to get in my guild's Stronghold... PLZ HELP!

    Same, here it's only on my protection paladin. Never had any problem on my gwf, devotion paladin and cleric at all.
    Nice, im loosing double exp time, either fix that fast or give us more exp time

    Random freezes and crash to desktop in Well of Dragons on my main characters (CW and HR) happening since large patch on tuesday.
    Entering Stronghold causes immediately crash.

    Use safe mode and type -d3d11Enable 0 in gameclient's command line. It should let you load game... But nothing works against crashing. :/ Yesterday played few hours without crash and then started crashing again, today crash after crash.

    exactly the same issue here on my CW, whenever it renders in character select menu it crashes. when trying to quickly double click to get in, crashes in the loading screen.
    support said the same as someone here already mentioned to me. able to reproduce and sent to QA team with no ETA.

    debugging the client shows theres a deadlock trying to render some graphics. its not really possible to determine why without full debugging power but it seems like a bug that needs the developers attention, not the QA.

    for the sake of the playerbase, revert this patch! this was a small patch that has introduced huge amount of bugs.
    malestorm of chaos is crashing the clients, prism instead of lagging freezes clients now, players like us cant log at all and who knows what else.

    this post is not to bash at the development team. we don't except a game with no bugs, its impossible.
    the changes in this patch were mostly minor. please, revert the patch and delay it by another week to give us a more stable game.

    Same here on my Tr. Glad to know im not the only 1 stucked in this situation
