The length of a second / Time spent in PoM & TotDG

Introduction:
I recently noticed that the clock in PoM went slower, because a 5 minute song i started to listen to at the beginning of phase 2, finished shortly after my team was halfway though that phase. With that in mind I started doing some measurements Real Time vs. Phase Timer, and here are the results.

Side Notes: Due to bad RNG I got more "Ward" versions than "Tear" versions of PoM. In the future i will also add more measurements for TotDG

It seems that PoM and TotDG are affected by an about 33-40% slower clock, meaning that 1 minute on the Phase timer equals about 1.5-1.75 minutes in real time This doen't affect demogoron.

PT = phase time, RT = real time

PoM - Protecting the Wards:
Phase | Measurement 1 | Measurement 2 | Measurement 3
1 | 8:00RT=5:00PT| 8:30RT=4:30PT | 7:10RT=3:45PT
2 | 8:10RT=5:00PT| 7:15RT=3:30PT | 6:45RT=2:30PT
3 | 1:56RT=1:13PT| 1:45RT=0:45PT | 1:10RT=0:25PT
PoM - Closing the Tears
Phase|Measurement 1
1| 7:38RT=5:00PT
2| 7:40RT=5:00PT
3| 1:00RT=0:22PT
TotDG - Shield Version
Phase|Measurement 1
1| 8:00RT=5:00PT
2| Fastest*: 2:50RT
3| Not measured yet, probably 1:30RT=1:00PT
*(All thoon hulks hit shield first try)

Please note that, while all measurement were taken as accurate as possible, due to the sometimes different numbers, the measurements are either not entirely correct or the timer is really broken and is always differently slow.

What does that mean? Either cryptic implemeted it on purpose, which in my opinion would be a bad idea, since killing the same monsters for 12-16 minutes before the boss even spawns makes the new skirmishes all the less fun to play and they feel more like a grind. If that is the case, I'd like cryptic to correct the times and increase point gain by around 50%. To compensate for the time loss, the boss should get more hp and players have additional time to kill him.
Or this is a bug. However, if/once the bug gets fixed, the devs should also consider the previously mentioned suggestions, since otherwise it would be hard if not impossible to reach gold with an average partyor even a great party.
No matter what, I'd like the timer to be representing the real time, in the best case not exceeding 5 minutes per phase, since non-stop killing the same monster under the same circumstances 2 times around 8 minutes each is not my definition of fun, especially after 10 runs.

Finally, I'd like to hear other players experiences with the new skrimishes and their opinion on the slower timer.

Unfortunately for our sanity you have right. We are WASTING much more time in this skirmish. It clearly needs adjustments, but time is not the only issue. The sheer boredom of it should be the number 1 priority to fix.

I totaly agree that the skrimishes have other issues, but belive this one can be resolved quite easily. But reducing the time you kill monsters in phase 1 and 2 should make things a bit more exciting, especially, if the boss gets buffed up to be a real boss. (like kessel's retreat, shores of tuern)

There are a ton of issues extending the time as well. Like when you hit gold, it DOESNT end the phase, it just keeps going until timer is done, with some groups, this could be 1 to 1.5 mins or so of doing nothing or fighting mobs you have no need of fighting.

I do wish they would at least fix the first two phases, I wouldnt mind a harder boss as well.

They are soooo super boring , and throne DOESN'T even reward AD correctly, so its not really worth doing out of the 2 of them.. but of the 2, I like throne a little bit better.

Lol...perhaps the skirmish is in a reference frame that is accelerated with respect to your wall-clock?
