How to get SH weapon?

New Guild weapon set requires strange Armanents as resourse (exept banners/fangs and marks). Where can i get this thing?

    i have the lv 25 profession now what?

    i did the he farm on my tr i would rather uninstall than doing it again on the hr

    Yes. I guess u need to finish the whole quest line to master profession - but it's very dufficult as far as i know (at least for jewelcrafting).
