Subject: Guild bank permissions keep resetting
Steps to reproduce:
1) Talk to Guild Banker
2) Open 'Permissions' tab
3) Change 'Permissions For'
4) Leave and come back
5) Check permissions
Bug: Bank permissions keep resetting, allowing anyone in the guild to access the bank's repository.
Note: Keep an eye on the Bank log, this helps view WHO has deposited or withdrew items/money from the guild.
