AGent of the divine : your healing spells on allies now heal for 25% less and store the difference on the target as gift of faith. While an ally has gift of faith on them, when they drop below 45% hp the gift of faith is expended to imidiatelly heal them for the full amount of the gift.
ADDITionally healing word bastion of health and divine glow no longer apply A REGENERATION EFFECT, but instead grant the amount they would have healed directly to gift of faith.

GIFT of haste : YOUR heal overtime powers also grant the target 5% of their ap when they are applied.

SO we have here a bug since module 6 when allies and cleric have gift of faith they still proc gift of haste from powers they are not working anymore as heal over time( bastion of health, divine glow, healing word). FIX please.

There is a difference between POWER and EFFECT.
Capstone of Faithful tree (Agent of the Divine) said that the Regeneration effects will be removed from HoT powers. However, HoT powers are still considered as HoT powers. This can only be called as "Bug" when they state Gift of Haste that "YOUR heal overtime EFFECT also grant the target 5% of their ap when they are applied".
Now you may think in your mind that, "What, this is so BS, it said it removes the Regeneration effect! Of course the power will not be HoT power anymore! Such a n00b, this folk does not know any of what he's saying blah blah..". But look, assuming HoT powers and HoT effects are the same, why didn't the devs use the same term whenever they mention it on the feats? It's not so coincident that in 1 cool day, the devs accidentally put "HoT power" and "HoT effects" terms, separately on different feats and on the same tree (Check all the feats on either Virtuous tree or Faithful tree). Powers grant effects, however, effects do not make powers!

I've followed the same reasoning more or less, but I think that if a power looses the regeneration effect, then it isn't a heal over time power. Ony SB in divine mode should trigger GoH imo according to the definition of Agent of Divine.

We can discuss it forever and all the interpretations/deductions can be reasonable : the devs only should know how this is expected to work and I would appreciate some words from them to confirm if the current design is correct or not to stop this infinite discussion.
