Level 140 PvP gear useable by anyone?

I am guessing this is a mistake, but in the event it's not, I'm posting here. I noticed a lot of the level 140 Masterwork PvP gear for CWs shows as having "No Level Requirement". I'm not sure how long before anyone might actually be able to make this stuff, but it's definitely worth another pass through the new gear to make sure the minimum level on all this stuff is set to 70 ...

    The same mistake was made with the guild PvP and PvE gear too when Mod 7 launched. Come on guys... this is not your first rodeo.

    I'm getting a sense of Deja Vu here. We've already had equipment go live that has had to be level adjusted at a later date, twice.
    The state of pvp is bad enough without yet more high level equipment being used to devastating effect on lower level pvp players.
    Please do a thorough pass of the equipment before it goes live!

    by all means if you want it too be no level requirement go and have it available from level 1. But if you do Please make it scale with level like the ring of the dragonslayer / Mulhroand gear does. so we dont have 100k hp twinks in level 10-19 pvp oneshotting everything.

    Personally I'd be more than happy too have a set I can use from 1-70, But you'd want to make sure the Overload slots are LOCKED until level 60, and probably the armor enchant slot also too stop QQ.
    People are way too negative, Why cant we just all get along.
