Gauntlet Progression Bugged?

For the last four days, I have been unable to progress to the next Gauntlet. This despite the fact I have all the materials to do so. I'm posting a screenshot in the hopes someone can tell me what is wrong and why I cannot progress to this gauntlet.

    Mithral is the first gauntlet? Off memory you need to Talk to Sgt. Knox and Rath Modar first before you can forge.

    It is actually the 3rd of 4 gauntlets, an neither of those NPCS have a quest for it, but thanks for trying :)

    It turns out that might have been the problem after all. This morning it showed I had 113 of them, but I also ran the one that gives you 15 of them overnight. So perhaps until I got awarded those 15 this morning, I had less than the 100 needed.
