Are you going to cut AD requirements for Strongholds? Because it is getting ridicolous

I thought Stronghold would be a fun thing but it is becoming just an harassment, even a 5 level Guild Hall requires an outrageous amount of AD. 1.200.000 AD for a GL5? But really? :o

    Along with Tod currency, gems, SplusEuip. The voucher you get from DFs helps but not much. The weekly race and 'Time is your only enermy' also help a bit.

    wait a bit more, every structure upgrade starts to cost like 4.3M

    You need a lot of guild members willing to donate AD. e.g. 100 members 12K each.

    Those vouchers from the quests are only worth 1k AD. They need to make them worth 100X or in proportion to your GH rank. The requirements gets exponentially higher as you go, and you are required to upgrade X amount of other structures to a certain rank in order to progress.

    If I were to predict when any guild will be able to max all their structures. It will be never, or until some people have found new exploits to generate LOTS of AD. The amount needed is not doable legitimately.

    Did it ever occur to you that the "guild => peer pressure => keep playing"-cascade or -leverage or -incentive or...

    ...might also work with an "l" less within them quotation marks???

    Or, at least I think what C thinks and currently tries.

    Someone suggested for Leadership Profession to generate SH AD Vouchers that are BtA (or make it BtC for all I care). Panderus agreed that this was a good idea and said he'll bring it up to the team...

    It has been radio silence since but if this is implemented, it'll at least help ease the pressure on players to get ADs to feed SH progression given it's scarcity now.

    The stats we get from Strongholds are amazing. I joined a failry large guild and love every part of it. I would rather put my resources into the SH coffer than pay a zillion diamonds for a measly increase in stats from an enchant.

    Just another note on that. I went through a few different guilds before I foound the right one - cool people plus a large size with a very active leader to keep us going. If you dont want to do this then thats your choice, but dont expect to rank up your SH quickly.

    Profession changes haven't gone live on the preview server yet, but they are planning something somewhere, and I think stronghold vouchers was one of those somethings.
