Amulet of Tiamat's Demise

The tooltip appears to be broken with respect to set completion. I have both the orb and the sash, but after acquiring the amulet, the tooltip on all three items says (2/3) and the amulet itself is greyed out, as is the set bonus.

Is it only the tooltip that's bugged, or is the set bonus bugged as well?

    It's probably greyed out because you only have 2 items of a set that requires 3 items

    Im going to assume you have all 3 pieces equipped? And are they level 70 artifacts and not one that's level 60?

    The amulet and sash cant be lvl 60. There's no way. But I'm sure he doesn't have them all equipped.

    Yes that was it. After binding the amulet it correctly read 3/3. Thanks all!
