Emblem of the Seldarine - Rechage Time Less at Rank 160?

Hello,

I just took a look at the stats on my Emblem of the Seldarine if I refine it to item level 160. Right now my Emblem is at item level 130 and has a recharge time of 120 seconds. If I refine my Emblem to item level 160, it says the recharge time will be 60 seconds. Does anyone know if the recharge time will be 60 seconds if I upgrade or if this is a typo.\

Hitting the 3 key to activate the Emblem every 2 minutes can be somewhat annoying to me. Just wondering if I'll have to activate the Emblem even more frequently if I upgrade it.

    yes, mythic level artifacts have a 60 second recharge time

    Read the description again. The buff only lasts 15 seconds. The lower recharge time is a good thing.
