Or are that few people playing? From instances not getting filled to waiting 30min to get one at all the que system seems to either be coming up short. just wondering if others are having the same experience?
Well, the queue system is kind of broken. BUT it is mainly because of 2 reasons: 1.) There is indeed a lack of people still playing the game, which is understandable 2.) Of the people that are playing, many do not want to run dungeons/skirms because they cant beat them.
true, I only do proper dungeons with my guild - partly because I'm busy and only go when asked, but also because I know the guild will arrange it properly - unlike a pug team.
I find queueing for Gauntlegrym pvp annoying - it can take 30 mins to get in and my pally needs those GG seals as he's new.

Yea its the pug thing really. I'm not in a guild so premade's aren't an option. That said, my playtime is 1-6 hrs a day give or take and it's reasonable to say that about 40% of that is spent waiting in a que doing other things. Also, once you do get in, if the groups not full, it's unlikely lately that your spare slots get filled.
With heroic encounters being about worthless for loot, this seriously impairs the ability to progress, subsequently eliminating any desire to spend $ on the game.
Based on the ease of getting a group together roughly 4-5 months ago I would say yes the system is broke....Frankly at this point I would take an option that allowed you to queue for all available dungeons, or better yet have them show the number of players currently in queue for a particular dungeon
There are active guilds? And I mean a real guild, not a bunch of bro's running around who are apt to quit when things get hard... I get around 5 random guild invites a day, but without a true end game(raids. Pvp ain't endgame) how can you really tell what's worth the investment. It's just a big splintered mess out there.
@kriptical1 send me a mail ingame: Xael De Armadeon@armadeonx and I'll send you back an invite to Bacon's Revenge. We are pretty relaxed but do dungeons etc.
We aren't a bunch of leets but you can check us out for a few days if you like.

Since some dungeons and skirmishes require a healer (which are now fairly plentiful) that might be an minor issue, but the main reason is that probably over two thirds of the playerbase has left the building, due to recent changes and decisions...
More will probably leave a few weeks after Strongholds.
It's pretty sad to see, given that this game had a unique position at launch, and kinda still does, but the way things are handled, I'm not sure this game will be occupied by anything other than tumbleweed next year...

How do you guys knows 2/3's of the player base left? PE trading seems more congested if not the same as last year. I'm just interested to know when mass quits happened on PC and if they were the exact same on Xbone so far.

Yeah you do have a novel recruitment approach following an attempt to recruit one of our guys, better hope I never get hard evidence of what was proposed to him.
