Where is Selindar Starwise, Seal Vendor for New Sharandar

Cant find her in Sharandar anywhere. Do I have a bug?

    So why can we still collect seals of the dark fey? Been getting them from Malabogs castle....

    And you can do that from the lvl70 seal vendor in PE.

    You can also access (what remains of) the store through the Campaign Manager. Just click Sharandar, and it should bring up a short description and a button for the store.
