god since when i changed my main back in mod 3 to hunter ranger i almost forgot how, regardless the ilvl and the broken shockings, makes me happy to trick people with my TR. I recently ( a couple of months ) decided to gear it back all the way to 4k... i may need some more time but hey i will do it. The main hindrance is waiting for sh lv 16 without wasting RP on elemental weapons. Once you decide to leave the Cos piercing spamming to wanna be TRs this class really shows its true old fun potential when landing that duelist flurry means win or die.
But the thing i really get crazy with this class is that you can basically let all your perverted way of thinking going free and trick people with things which at the end of the fight make you think : " i really did that????? " and this with some kind of creepy candor.
As i said i will not jump into saboteur train, its boring, its not tr like and requires some kind of passive patience that really kills me inside but im working on a build i think it can be called "exe-sab-scoundrel" its so strange but it works.
I will share some details in the next weeks when i finally end paying for some more gear. Its really not a cheap build and requires a good guild (boons
) to work but i really want to see more players feel this kind of happiness rather than dodging a spamming daggers...
ye blame me i was the one convincing devs to let smoke bomb being a damaging skill ( thanks god for that ) and removing the limit charges on cloud of steel.... ....

There is a reason I did not pick to be a MI Scoundrel... I want to be more about controlling the mobs than increasing my damage. I still do a more than fair amount of damage, but more control keeps the party happy. There is something to knowing that you stopped a Hexer or a Wight Commander from casting their AoE spells... just by attacking them.

With that being said, I REALLY miss Duelist flurry... They need to make duelist flurry not consume stealth and actually give more damage then what you take when using it in PvP... I'd welcome it back with open arms.
In-fact, we should advocate all MELEE at-wills not depleting stealth... I mean, your in range for them to see you anyways...
However I can see why cloud of steel should still deplete stealth.
The snail and the cleric artifact + the 15% longer cc from tiamat boon allows me a semi perma courage breaker with means death for everyone but gwf. When needed lurker assault and go with spamming cos with greater damage bonus with t3 scoundrel feat and exe bonuses. Still waiting to change artifact weapons. Feytouch as weapon enchant for even more resistances on top of deflect. Duelist flurry as main at will
I will probably share more in mod 8 but looking at the new boons (10% more damage in combat adv) switching back to saboteur may be the best choice
