I love the Frost Weapon Enchantment in PVE, it's perfect and fits the application well. It has become very potent and almost required for initiators in Mod 6.
However, in PVP, this enchantment is trash compared to any other enchantment, any other version. It looks like it does something, adding more recharge, but it can only be noticed on fast recharging skills like Repel, Dazing Strike and Trapper HRs (as it hammers their rotations pretty significantly from what I've noticed).
Can the Devs look at balancing this enchantment a bit? Reducing stamina gain IMO would be pretty awesome. It could use a bit of love.

works, terror, fey,vorpal ( up to perfect), pfire ( up to pure), lifedrinker ( pure +), lighting.
the rest are kinda meh. or completely useless
In PVE it is great
I only have a 26% chance for Crit so the Vorp is not that great either...
Wish it ( Frost) could be tweaked up a bit
