Cant get to launcher or play the game

Hello people of the forums

I Had a long day today and i was just starting to play was planning to play a Epic dungeon.
Suddenly the server disconnected and i can not get to the launcher anymore or enter the game
I really dislike this i can not find anything on this problem
My wife has a different pc and has the same problem

Can anyone help me here?

    EDIT:

    I already tried to reboot the pc

    I tried rebooting my netwerk connection

    I tried stopping the procces

    I rechecked my internet options

    I tried to launch it several times

    I have a high class computer and Can run on highest setting no lag normally

    ^ What he said.. been checking this out every now and then and kept saying at 198.49.243.253 - timed out.

    *bump* Same here, I live in the Netherlands and couldn't get past the login process. It couldn't reach the account server. I checked with five other friends here in the netherlands and non of them could connect either...

    Today I got as far as the Instance loading screen of Protectors Enclave before it kicked me back to the login screen. After that it refused to connect to the account server again...

    Do any of you know more by now?

    These things are really getting old... I really was looking forward to the Orc Assault event and the double XP but that doesn't seem to be possible this way...

    So help would be appreciated

    Ok small update: I actually managed to get into the game for 2 minutes but then the account server decided to kick me out again and now I can't connect

    Have also been trying to connect, it seems the account server is having issues and drops me sometimes at the launcher, character loading screen or from in-world. Note on the launcher sometimes I see a green light and other times no light at all.

    Same problem: - launcher doesn't work -> can't log in -> Time out -> In the end disconnect after 10 second in game.
    Pls help, i can't play from yesterday.

    Also having the same problems here. Its like the account server is down, tho the game states its not >.<

    i have the problem too.
    just joining the topic to show it's not an isolated case.
    also ziggo holland.
    which had more ddos recently so noting that also.
    i didn't try another game though.
    doing that to look if it's ziggo.
    no.
    game starting with a w and ending with a w with an o in the middle still working perfectly ;p
    tried dns flush and ip renew already from the other suggested solutions on the forum for connection problems.
    but problem stays.

    Same, Ziggo in the Netherlands as well. So it's a problem between Ziggo and Neverwinter :(? For me, it now loads the icons in the launcher properly - I can login - it loads the game but when I select a character I disconnect

    Is anyone actually looking into this problem which makes the game unplayable for multiple players from Europe?

    Cryptic is there news when we can play without the network problems? Arden wants to know she is not happy with the disconnects she even has a never winter outfit lol and she cannot wait to play without the network problems.

    Things are working good for me and the network problems seem to be solved and Arden is happy again the character in game is Lexiaxx my control wizard.

    its so weird, my wifes laptop is having this problemm it jyst wont go beyond loading, but my laptop is running the game easily and mine is a signifigantly lower quality machine, so weird. we are just looking for an mmorpg type thing to play together, but we need a free to play one. wonder why the company never responds to any of the posts...

    I was online and playing fine. Exited to go make and eat supper. Now, while it allows me to log in, it goe through the Cryptic screen but stops just before the character selection screen with the message that there is a version mismatch error and to log out and patch and log back in. I have tried this multiple times but the launch window says nothing about patching. It's also now telling me my email/user name is invalid. Server status shows as green but I'm getting nowhere. I'm in Canada, BTW.
