Hi,
Like many of you, I'm in the beta program. I've been trying the new interface for the Xbox One (Well, it is a lot more than that: windows 10 and all).
In general the experience is awesome. I really look forward to the final implementation of it.
Specifically for Nerverwinter, I've found a couple of problems since I started testing it:
- The game sometime 'hiccups' it pauses more than it used to (I am not counting the typical slow down on fps).
- The controller is HORRID. This is the real reason I'm writing this post. The controls after the update are terrible with Neverwinter (and only with this game).
- Navigating the menus is a chore, you often overshot what you are trying to see. For example. If you are in the market and you try to scroll down to the next item, you often go down 2 or 3 items, sometimes it goes sideways to the main menu.
- The character movement feels mushy... like when they are walking on ice (in Icewindale) but not as bad.
- Sometimes completely unresponsive
- I've made sure that it has been updated to the latest version
- Graphically, I've noticed that sometimes the area effects marker before you cast, don't show. But I haven't seen a consistent behavior yet
On the good side: Switching to Xbox party view is a breeze. It immediately snaps, you can invite people very quick, etc. the interface is a lot prettier and responsive

Caution: if you uninstall the Beta dashboard, the system formats the HD and you'll have to re-configure your xbox from scratch and re-install all your games.
