(Xbox one) ATT uverse internet

I'm posting this on behalf of 2 of my guildys who have been experiencing server not responding issues at the same time every day for the last week.

Both use ATT uverse. Both connections work fine during the day. Then usually after 9pm est they will start getting "server not responding" messages and are kicked from the game.

It's not their modem as they have since brought a new router. All ports are open and it's not their isp. They still remain in the party chat on xbox and have no issues with their xbox connection. Just neverwinter server connections

    Anecdotal evidence, obviously, but I'm also on AT&T Uverse and am experiencing disconnects in the evening, and my friend on Time Warner is not.

    I as well are using AT&T UVERSE...I have been experiencing outages at the same time every night beginning at 9:30PM EST and continuing on throughout the night with intermittent Server Not Responding and Disconnects. During the day my connection to the game is perfect. You can almost set your clock by the time the issue starts.

    Funny thing is if I am to log into any other game during that time (9:30PM EST) whether it be DDO, ESO, LOTRO, Runes of Magic or even EQII I have no issues at all. (Just Neverwinter) But then again they are not hosted by Cryptic/PWE. I was hoping the EXT maintenance would have fixed the issue. But according to the NW Facebook page...Xbox Maintenance was completed and PC maintenance had complications and is postponed until October 20th. (That is if I read that6 correctly)
