I am not receiving my bonus diamonds from the first two dungeon runs I do

    Are you checking your rough astral diamonds before and after? The diamonds you get are rough, not refined.

    I just ran into the same issue this morning. Ran Craigmire Crypts twice with a PUG. In addition not getting any Raw Astral Diamonds upon completion. I checked before and after the run both times. In addition to not getting Raw Astral Diamonds on completion, in both cases my was not showing p on the left of the screen.

    Tried joining a PUG again and still not seeing my group members. And of course I can't leave the group and join a new instance because it still registers me in the instance with the group.

    Even logging out does not drop me from the instance.

    It takes going to some random person in like the Protectors Enclave, doing invite to group, then leaving the group in order to drop me from the instance. But it will not allow me to invite a person in the instance I am in to a group.

    And the issue fixed itself, then started up again tonight.

    Glad to see consistency in the reliability of this game...

    Come on Nov 10 already...

    I'm having the same problem, but in pvp like jester. More details:

    - I have 4 characters, 1 level 70 and 3 60+.

    - Seems to happen randomly to each character.

    - I only do 2 pvp matches/day with each character, unless I get hit with the bug. I try one more match with the affected character.

    - When the bug hits, I receive no rewards at all- no RADs, no exp, no glory, just a black box where the reward message would be. Scoreboard appears to be normal.

    - Once we got absolutely creamed- earned less than 100 points (ouch!). No rewards given, so maybe there's a performance threshold?

    Hopefully this is an easy fix. It happened at least once each day for the last few days. 3 times today actually, so I wasted over 30 minutes. I only play pvp for the RADs, so I guess if they're going to glitch I'll just keep to pve and save myself a bunch of time.

    That's all the relevant info I can think of, but if support needs anything else just let me know.

    *edit- Happened again, just now. 4 times today. Regular match, but a guy quit on our team. That hasn't affected the rewards before, though. It looks like this is the new normal for pvp.

    Does anyone know if this is a widespread issue that NW is aware of, or if I should be submitting a ticket or something to get this looked at? Thanks for any advice.
