Looking to Merge Guilds

Hey all, my name is Hanoth (GT is NSA Hanoth) and I am the leader of Primal Instinct. We have been around since day one and up until the launch of Mod 6 were a large and strong Guild but many of our members left due to not liking the new content and them more joined other Guilds as we were "no longer what they were looking for".
I cant believe we are the only Guild to have taken a hit due to time and changes but I simply do not have the time to build this and as such would like to merge with another Guild. We currently have 52 members over level 61 of which 22 are level 70 with atleast 2000 Total Item Level.
We play both PvE and PvP though would not want to merge with a pure PvP Guild as half my guys aren't even in full Grimm.
Also would be looking for joint leadership with who ever we merge with. It would be in neither of our interests to merge and then split again so getting used to leading together instead of on our own could be tough at first but I'm willing to do it if you will.
We are only interested in merging with another Guild that has atleast 20+ members who are on daily.
Also all of my guys are 18+ with headsets and while age doesnt bother us so much we dont want to merge with a load of under 16's.
