I was VIP 1, then I gave money before the time and became VIP 2, now my VIP 2 is expired...

... and I can't reclaim my benefits of VIP 1 (that should expires in 10 days). Why? I just want to be VIP 1 and want my daily key.

    The different ranks don't expire separately... you are VIP rank 2, and your VIP status has expired. You can buy more which will upgrade you to rank 3 or higher, and then you shall always be that rank until you buy more.

    VIP rank doesn't go up or down, when it's expired you get no benefits until it's renewed- which at the moment will always involve increasing your rank, which will never go down (this is not a bad thing).

    Not sure why you think you had 10 days of VIP 1 beyond the VIP 2 duration... if you had 17 days of VIP (rank 1) and bought another month you'd have 47 days of VIP (rank 2), but it's all active or inactive together.

    Your VIP expires when it expires.There is no difference on level 1-2-3-12.If you buy 30+30 then your VIP will expire in 60 days.If you buy 30 day VIP while you have 10 days then counter will goes up to 40 days.I bought 6 month and used 10 days and bought another 6 months and my VIP counter went up to 170+180=350 days.
