Stamina ward, a big fail

So, now my GF (and the other classes) find a tr and since tr can hide they will allways strike first right? while tr strike my gf (and the other classes) loose the ability to stay alive cause thanks to stamina ward i have no shield to protect me from a dps/stun/dodge/hidding/Deflect-Deflect severity overpowered class! LOL omg... pvp ruined again... when this will stop?

Please remove this none sense wards or make defensive wards negate not 20% but 100%, this love for tr's is not funny...

its stamina drain/ ap. they wont remove them. As lemon said but i will add: they are busy thinking of what the next broken add on will be.

If they have not fixed them by now... there is a very high likelihood that the Stam Drain enchants will remain broken and bugged. There is a reason I do not like to PvP much anymore.
It is not balanced and a show of ability when a 2k iL player can destroy a 2.5k iL TR because of an enchant that is supposed to only drain 10%, but instead it drains 100%. The wards are supposed to defend against that, but how... 100% v 10%. Yeah... nice paper defense.

Someone said that there is a lot more broken stuff coming in the next module. Something about a special upgrade for companions and new items that will make us cry even more.

You can use the overloads that block the drains. I slotted them cause else it's impossible to PvP vs players who use the drains. So i can counter them. "drain my ballz" HAMSTER!

Defensive wards only block 20%, its uselless agaisnt a class that hide and keeps striking till we are defenseless. wards should block 100%

I wont pvp anymore knowing that a noode tr will drain my shield and then use broken SE.

I see your pain. Bugs me why AP wards block 100% of the effect of drains, while stamina is only 20%, basically giving an advantage to stamina drain enchants while they should basically nullify each others, considering how you give up other overloads just to have the defense over a specific enchant.

Psst… There are Stronghold PvP Boons that increases effectiveness of both stamina and ap, both drains and wards.
I would like to see the topic about how they works: additive or multiplicative?

this just confirms what i was thinking and even posted here but was immediately removed :

"when in rome act as a romen". that means stop trying been legit and enter the state of mind of the game:
use broken exploit and have fun w? because there are no real fixs and there are no real punishment to ppl and even guild who do that.

I am not a big flock of sheep dude. I see that ALL of the people who CHOOSE to use broken HAMSTER as sheep. Sheep who like to fleece the system for all that they can. I live my life 100% legit... I let things slide in the game because this is a game. HOWEVER, I will never use broken HAMSTER that gives me the FALSE impression that I am something I am not. Using the broken HAMSTER overload enchants... is like a dude putting a sock in his pants or a girls wearing an excessively padded bra.

Just my opinion. Also when it becomes legal to break the law... the just man becomes an outlaw. I will always be the just man.

I don't wear masks IRL, I don't pretend I am something I am not.. IRL. My characters are all an extension of my personality.

Indentionally choosing not to empower yourself if you can, makes you potato.
And forces your team to loose because they have a potato (you) in team.

This is nothing more than just trolling others, comming to fight unprepared. Like without PvP gear.
And thus, it only makes you and your whole team to waste a time as you force your all team to loose.
This is insane unsportsmanlike and churlish behaviour. I am unpleasantly to play with such "players" like you.

about the stamina draining OL enchants there are obviously lots of honorous player that refuse to use them but use the ward, hoping to get a bit of protection
sadly I did meet some classes that take heavy advantage from it and sadly most of them are the most broken classes ingame, what tell me: "s.hit pulls s.hit on"

Stamina drain enchants should just be removed for now. AP drain/ward need a better design. How hard just to remove a not well designed overload enchants. The time spent to coding compared to the benifit is close to 0. The thing I see is that they put too much effort to what does not work so far: for example SH siege. Take some time to understand consumer's need for the game, they can improve pvp a lot.

LOL... you have clearly never been in a match with me. I have been in 5 matches since this broken HAMSTER came out... and each one I have been in the top 5 in the rankings. That is even despite the fact that my team lost. Can you say that? My team has NEVER lost because of my skill, my efforts or my gear, and I PvP with the best of them despite my iL.

My guild does not have the capability to use them and won't for at least a month.

Your intention to make me feel bad about my choice to play the game the way I want to... says more about you than it does me. So everyone who does not use them because they can't or wont use them because they are broken AF... is a potato? It seems to be the other way around... here is why I can say that.

PvP has become more about what guild you are in than skill or talent. PvP is not supposed to be about the gear... it is supposed to be about somewhat equally matched combatants seeing which of the 2 teams has more skill and the ability to score.

Justify your need for you to use the enchants all you want but the truth is the truth.

When they are available I will use the Wards... I will never use a Drain.

People DO find it fun to stomp people, its human nature. It makes them feel superior and the easier the better. Imagine refusing to use exploits to cheat a boss? You will get laughed at. Alot of people well say they want a "fair" system but will take any advantage they can because it is easier. Human nature.

Industrial nation have similar aspects , with the difference that habitants and nature are not obviously slaughtered but exploited.

I was literally laughting like a crazy once mashing the first foes with drains. This was really pure, honest smile on my face. And I really enjoy it.

I bet that is because you couldn't/can't do the same IRL. You were probably picked on a lot as a kid. Not that you would admit, if you were.

Again... my mind goes to the saying from the Matrix... the closest species to that of a human being is a virus. They destroy everything around them and seek other things to destroy. We're not equal and never will (gear/class/build etc). If you want to be equal, go play moba.

btw. there is a thing IRL that drains stamina. It's a time. But nobody have a control on the time. So yeah… I must agree here

whenever talk to someone "bis" who use drain wards, he say its because thats paladins...

yeah there are several unkillable paladins, but because of several (you dont need to kill) ruin the game for thousands

I was a member of a very competitive 2-man PvP team in WoW... for 2 years. I have also played games where entire realms/worlds were PvP... a couple of the groups I was a member/leader of... made their homes in 2 of the most dangerous of these zones. I know PvP... better than most people know PvP.

NW PvP is NOT PvP... at this point it is place for bullies to hang out and abuse players. I know 3 players, who were in the Top 25 of the NCL, who have chosen to step away from NW's PvP... because it has become a joke. They have changed their builds and salvaged their PvP gear... to do something different... called PvE. These people... have had access to the Drains for the first day they could... yet they walked away.

I also know MOBA...

guess there are far more top PVP player that steped away since 2014
a pile of s.hit attracts a lot of blowflies, so the player who decides to stay and abuse this PVP with all possible bugs hours and hours without getting any doubt or being bored, chosing either between senseless everlasting competition PM vs PM or team up and go PUG stomping, wich seems to be a very common sport, has to be considered as being blunted in every aspect and I really do laugh about those player who think they earned any respect mixing up skilless cheating with a fair contest that PVP normally should be
it is by sure a negative selection you find in these matches , poor neverwinter :```(

i left pm v pm channel long time ago as it is one of the most toxic channels out there. i did lvl 61 gg last night 5 times in a row maybe i was lucky but no wards were involved there were some op players but man it felt so good to pvp skill vs skill man i miss the days.
