New Xbox Dashboard Update has ruined the game for me and others!

The recent dashboard update has caused the game to not register RT and LT commands at times within the game and menus, as well as general bugginess in the menus that accidentally caused me to DISCARD my epic Lostmauth Horn Of Blasting!

Others I talk to and myself have trouble using our RT and LT buttons which translate to powers not being registered at times, and our menus are beyond bugged(multiple presses of LT/RT need to be pressed just to go to the next page of a menu).

I don't know how many have the new update for Xbox One's updated operating system, but this needs to be addressed immediately and I demand my character to get a rollback and/or get my Horn back due to the Devs' oversight of the NXE update.

    You demand that the dev's compensate you for a Microsoft problem? Plus, the xbox dashboard update is still a beta thing for only preview members last I checked (I have it currently with no issues). So yeah, still some bugs to be worked out. Which you should know EVERY beta thing has bugs, which is why it's not a full release.

    Oh man. Yea. Same thing happened to me with lag a few weeks back. They reinstated the item, but at base level and aug-less which tells you the logging system is a bit dodgy.

    They clearly warn you that there could be a lot of problems with the update and list a ton of problems... which is why I chose NO to Microsoft for now.

    i´m also on the new dash, which is an amazing experience btw, in game i only experience slight problems, I mean the R + L trigger thingy is no real problem, also it warns you actually before you delete stuff and they will see if you´re trying to pull them off ultimately.

    Microsoft is going to fix things on their end for sure.

    i have the same problem. does anyone know how to un-install the new dash and revert back to the original?

    Might seem daft to suggest this but did those of you on the new UI update the controller firmware?

    Thats why i have no interest in being a preview member... i want no HAMSTER buggy stuff in beta stage... ill get the new dash when it is (i hope) working properly...

    yeah happenes to me alllot. i pick up a few things check stats hit rt to go to next bag then it would go down so i have to hit rt a few times just annoying. thought was my controller but its not i play warframe and other games no issue just this game has the issue. but remember dash is still in beta send microsoft feedback about the issue

    Oh man glad to know its not just me. I tweeted neverwinter but never got a response so I figured today I would check the forums.

    Having same issues today, overall less responsive controls even on the XBox dashboard and also in some games. Cannot purchase ZEN and was referred to XBox support. Worked through everything from cache clearing, reboots and even full uninstalls to Neverwinter on both XBox One consoles and still getting a popup message that I "already own ZEN"....and would you like to install it? :) If you select install it throws an error stating that "There is a problem with this Microsoft product"

    So, I am starting to agree the problem was on XBox's side and not Perfect Worlds. I went ahead and still submitted trouble tickets to both support groups though. I think that Dashboard preview is jacking things up. I had it before and got rid of it, I just have to try and remember how you revert again and it's gone lol

    Should have just kept playing the PC version I have had since it was released....less issues :)
