Unable to Loot Dungeon Chest (Normal and Epic)

I have, on two occasions now, encountered what I believe to be a bug.
Subject: Finish dungeon, but when everyone else is looting the chest, it is dark and can't be interacted with for me.
Steps to reproduce:
I'm not really sure what kind of steps I took to make it happen. It has happened twice. Once in the Cragmire Crypts Dungeon (normal, at the appropriate level) and again at Spellplague Caverns (Epic).
Both times I was in a group, and simply queued up for the dungeons.
The first time I queued with one friend.
The second time I queued with two.
I completed the dungeon without incident.
However, when the dungeon chest was made available to everyone else, but it was dark and would not open for me, even though I had keys each time.
I tried leaving the instance and coming back in and closing out the game and loading back in to no success.
Bug: Upon completing a normal or epic dungeon (Cragmire Crypts and Spellplague Caverns Epic, respectively), I could not loot or otherwise interact with the dungeon chests. I had keys to open them, I completed everything in the dungeons. Everyone else got a chance at loot, but I did not.

I can't play at all please fix this
Tried to craft it again in the campaign window, but it appears as completed.
Afterwards I completed Lair of Lostamauth and didn't get any loot from ANY of the bosses, which is disappointing...
I hope this gets fixed soon, with no seals from the caches and no loot it's impossible to get level 70 gear.

Yes, I had key from dungeon delve master, the chest that is opened with that key I was able to open. But not the other one.
