Queued into dungeon group with no apparent group

Multiple times today, I've queued into a dungeon and had no group display on the left side. There are players there and we can progress through the dungeon, but I can't see the group on the left. Adding this to the foolish dev's refusal to give us an option to always show friendly health bars and hide enemy health bars, it's made it incredibly difficult to heal clowns who love to bathe in the red.
Worst of all, I can't leave this pseudo-group. If I walk out of the dungeon, it tells me return to instance. If I attempt to leave the group through any means, it acts as if I'm not in a group. I know you devs don't play your trash game, but you could at least take some time between your cash grabs to make an attempt to keep the game playable.
