Game launcher freezes, and support page doesn't work.

I've been having an issue with loading the game -- sometimes (rarely) it will load just fine, but most of the time, I start the launcher, it goes through the Cryptic loading screen, but then freezes on the Dungeons and Dragons loading screen. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game client, and that didn't work. I also tried to contact the Support page, but it won't connect, and I get an error message saying the page has too many redirects. Help??

    Yes....my launcher is freezing up. I have found no solution yet.

    I have tried launching in safe mode...same problem.

    Uninstalled and reinstalled game....same problem
