Alchemy craft ranking from lvl20-21 looks broken?

Alchemy Lvl 20 to 21 requres Knowledge to progress like all other Rankups in this craft,

But there is no option to use Accumlated knowledge to do the Lvl 20-21 rankup As with prior and later Rankups in this craft.

I think the option was there before this weeks Patch so What gives??? Any Ideas?? I'm sure this needs Patching to fix other wise you cant progress to lvl 21-25??

    First you need to unlock all the possible level 20 recipes -- Flask of Potency, Flask of Protection, Major Unstable Potion -- before the option for level 20 Experimentation appears.

    There will be text added to the rank 20 Experimentation task to explain how to rank up from 20. Its just like Darkstarcrash has said. You need to learn the recipes for the 3 rank 20 potions and then the Alchemical Research task will appear in your list to allow you to reach rank 21.

    The short answer is "Alchemy is weird".
