VIP Daily Rewards

I am having an issue with the VIP daily rewards...I have 1 character on my account that can not claim any rewards or use any features from the VIP. I have tried the following:
  • Verified open space in inventory for rewards
  • Log character out and back in with...no success
  • Restarted client from fresh boot straight to character in question...no success
  • Tried claiming rewards on several different maps...no success
  • Logged account in on different computer...no success
  • Placed support ticket for resolution...no success

    Anyone else having this issue? This issue is not account wide...it is just 1 character out of many I cannot claim or use any of the reward features from the purchasing of VIP ranks.

    Please respond if there is a fix or work around to claiming and using these rewards.

    The one character that this issue is happening to has never been able to collect any VIP daily so basically nothing to open. But I did check to see if visual bug was not showing it received and there are no rewards in inventory. (The brown satchel) that holds the key and ID scrolls are not there like others on my account obtain when claiming. In fact when clicking on the claim button it makes a sound and remains highlighted without giving rewards. With over 20 free pack spaces for inventory I do not think it is full inventory.

    Still no response from CS for my ticket I placed on this either...it has been 2 days now!

    Do you get any system message after attempting to claim? Is it saying anything about inventory full, or anything else that may give a clue?

    Is it possible your profession inventory is full? This is one of those stupid things that can happen - even though what you're doing has nothing to do with the profession inventory, if it has no space, you can't claim items.

    No system message at all, plenty of room in both Professions and Regular inventory. I checked chat logs and also went in to Chat options to insure I am receiving all system messages.

    I click the claim button...it makes a noise and then nothing. tonight I am going to try that character first in claiming the dailies and see if it helps. I usually claim while invoking and go in order of the character list. The on in question is in character slot 3 on my roster. I will do that character first tonight and see if the results are different.

    Some characters have corrupted power trees and so they don't get the powers that run the VIP system. If you are one of those characters and you go to the Powers window, 'P' is the default key, you should have a free re-spec available. Re-building your power trees from scratch should allow you to use VIP without any issues. You may need to log off/log in or at least move to another zone to gain the VIP powers after you re-spec.

    Thank you so much for your information. I went home yesterday and logged into my account and went to view my powers. it said my powers are in a bad state and would I like to reset them. I had a free respect token available and once used I was able to claim my rewards. However, there are pros and cons to this...Pro is I am now able to receive the daily VIP rewards. Con is, it forced me to use my free respect token given to me months ago.

    But anyways thank you. Issue resolved
