Launcher Stuck

Have run into this problem today. I can't get the launcher to properly load. I enter my login information, it says that it's patching, but it never proceeds beyond that. I've tried installing a new launcher program, running it as administrator, and force verifying, nothing seems to be working. Has anyone else encountered this issue, and if so, what do you recommend as the solution?

    Yeah I cannot log in at all. :P No reports on their Twitter/FB page yet.

    "beckylunatic" Gateway AH should have column headers to sort by buyout, bid, end time, quantity, etc. These disappeared iirc with the module launch. It's obnoxious.

    Well, nice to know I'm not alone. I am however, rather irked. This means I can't invoke, and that the little bit of VIP that I have left is at risk of being lost. Do you know if it's possible to access the rewards (Key, etc.) from the gateway?

    I can also confirm that the Arc launcher doesn't seem to be loading it. Can anyone advise as to what I should do?

    I'm having a similar issue trying to install. Launcher re-cycling patching at 104k/105k (99%), gets to 10.1Mb downloaded, then starts over again. I'm installing from my steam account (not my arc client as that has a different account tied to it) if that helps any.

    I had to completely reinstall. Took several hours but it fixed the problem.

    same problem game wont start after logging in

    I'm having my desktop cursor show up instead of the game's. Real bad framerate and no sound (for the most part) at character selection screen. Nothing responds when I click on it. When I click on options, some HP program starts up lol. It's not on my desktop so not sure what that is about. Hate having to re-install the game, but looks like I will have too.


    /edit. Now I'm getting the trying to connect to launcher on going thing. Guess they are working on things.

    /edit Things are back working again.

    /sigh Well, I minimized the game to post here, then things went back to being messed up.
