    I would think we would have heard by now...isn't it typically broadcasted well in advance?

    They will never broadcast double refinement in advance. cause then the market will change in advance. they like to pop these things on us at the last moment. which i think is better anyways.

    you can't mail bound items to yourself, and much of the refinement is in fact bound. and that's part of the problem as well, the duplication of stacks due to stuff being bound. i even have 3 stacks for mark of stability... 1 unbound, 1 bound to character, and 1 bound to account.
