400 zen is a bit much for a name change.. i understand they don't want it to be easy.. ok fine.
but 400 zen for a false name change? That's pushing it..

I bought the name change token from the zen market only to not receive it at all.
Had to double check, yes zen was spent, and no.. no token in inventory.

Now i understand this probably isn't a hot item so maybe it hasn't been brought to
cryptic's attention, but it better.. soon.. you can't keep stealing from your player pool
and expect everything to maintain.

I have sent in multiple tickets about this, with no retribution or any response at all.

I want to know how many others have suffered this fate, or possibly even worse..

Rename tokens do not go to inventory, they are applied to your account. You must choose the option on the Character Selection screen.

And there it is. Thank you hquadros.
It wasn't there when i checked earlier. Possibly it needed a complete logout.

I would like to redirect this topic towards the no longer accurate description
for the rename token. It reads "this purchase will grant you the following inventory item"

Now it did say rename token, but even that seems bugged because now i see it says no item
will be given.

Either way, it is resolved on my end, thanks again.
