Dread ring lair coffer

I opened unearth lockboxes and got many priceless thayan antiquities. Traded them in for star gauntlets at the dread ring. Did a lair and opened the arcane coffer many times. I was lucky to pull out an eye of lathander artifact but I could not take it out. It was nowhere in my inventory and it robbed me of multiple gauntlets. I have a video as proof. What happened?

    If you have a full inventory I don't think you can take it out, but it still uses the gauntlets.

    I seem to recall another thread about something simular...look before you leap was the concensus.

    Actually the problem in this case, is a real bug. For some reason (known bug) when the EYE comes up you must use "X" to take all. If you use "A", you don't get the Eye.

    My mate had the same problem, there was no "press A or X" on the screen but for some reason he hit X after a min or so trying to work out why it wouldn't take it and it worked so this is def a bug in the game for sure.

    If you open the Chest, it will use the Glove regardless of if you take the Item or not. So if you look and do not take, you will lose one glove.

    Yea, it sucks that I have to waste a glove for some HAMSTER stability stone.
