looking for the best pvp build for the rouge for mod 6 i want to go perma stealth gear isnt a issue what is bis artfiacts enchantments

    AFAIK the only viable BiS builds last mod on PC were...

    Trans Elven / Negation armor
    Trans Vorpal / Feytouched weapon
    Sigil of Devoted / Wheel of Elements / Lostmauth set
    1) Sabo > Shadowy Opportunity > spam CoS ITC @ 10K recovery
    2) Exe perma > Tenacious Concealment > spam dodge @ max stamina
    3) Exe using First Strike > spam shocking @ 20K power
    4) Perma Courage Breaker > Tactics+Snail+SigDiv @ max AP

    i am on pc why sigil of the devoted if not active ? what paragon feats ?

    Choose either Sigil of Devoted or Wheel of Elements as active. I have both and I use em situationally.

    is there any substitute for the sigil i dont have a cleric 70

    You can get the sigil at level 60, otherwise its Wheel of Elements. Fire wheel (30% damage) makes up for it on a non-daily centric build. Water wheel heals a lot too.

    Pick the other two based on stats. I have Vanguards Banner and GWF Sigil for HP and power, but totally up to whichever you want to stack. I didn't know about the change. Last I was able to get one on my alt at level 60 was several weeks ago.
