Mailbox Problems?

I ordered some items off the auction house, and they are just languishing in my mailbox; I am unable to retrieve them (and yes, I am at a physical mailbox.) It's not a lag interactivity issue, and I have tried multiple mailboxes. Really ticked off that I spent the AD and can't claim my goods.

    Is your inventory full? Do you have items in your Overflow bag (even if your inventory isn't full). May I ask the items in question?

    No, the inventory was not full; I did check that. Fortunately, I was able to snag the items yesterday. Perhaps a lag issue? In any event, it is resolved, though it did give me a bit of a panic.
