DDOS again?

Just got a huge lag in tiamat followed by a total disconnect from server an unable to get in again

    I have been DCed from SH PVP 3 times in the last 20 min.

    This still going on? I haven't tried logging since this morning but launcher can't connect to the account server when I try logging in, let alone launching the game.
