Icewind Dale level 60 vault of the nine quest line

So, I'm wondering if anyone could clear this up for me. I'm trying to get my sigil of the devoted on my GWF which is level 70. I have a second character to 70, my HR. The only thing is my DC is level 60. Is there any possible way to get my DC into icewind dale to accept the quest line to go talk to lord neverember? Or do I need to level him to 70 also?

    You need to level him to 70. Both characters need to be 70 and enter Ice Wind Dale. I'll dread when I have to bring my CW up to 70 lol. I don't like playing the class but I'll wait until double XP.

    the CW and DC were easy to level.. my CW is my main and got him up no issues, i never played a DC and got him up pretty easy

    Great just what I wasn't hoping for lol. Guess I'll wait for double xp also... They need up update the quest giver "you need two characters level 60 and three boons" to alleviate confusion. But it's a minor thing so I don't expect it for a while. Other then that love mod 6 so far.

    Iv just about got my devoted cleric to 69 and have to say it was much easier than leveling my warlock. I have virtually no armour pen but found killing mobs easier. I simply stuck to the quests that you had to kill things, or drops from mobs. Then I tagged as many mobs as I could find and stood in the middle of them. Using gift of faith spec I could survive 10 mobs easily and using aoe powers I could kill the mobs together. Got difficult around level 68 when my damage dimished due to low armpen but prior to then I was breezing through the quests

    @deanblockley89 yeah I think I can get to 69 then use my free level. Was in icewind dale on my GWF and had a DC with me. He could get quest completions because he didn't get the killing blows so didn't know if that was just a glitch or the case with all kill quests. (People love to jump in on your kills) I'm just used to melting HAMSTER on my other characters. Oh well... Double xp ready when you are.

    Currently leveling up a Paladin and already have the GWF and DC sigils for him. It's much quicker to go through the leveling process once you know how to be efficient.

    @masterwolf56 very true it was a breeze on my GWF not just because of the damage buffs but because of previously leveling a HR, which I don't even use anymore lmao
