what to do when you can't start a (party) quest?

I've been trying off-and-on for months, I think, to do Malabog's Castle. A party is required for entrance. I join the queue. I ask in zone chat. Nothing. Apparently everyone's off in the Well of Dragons instead.

I wouldn't mind so much if I didn't have an inventory slot permanently occupied by that door key. So... now what?

    I've always queued to get rid of my key, then leave the group which is never fully formed.

    If you want to actually run the dungeon with good people who know what they're doing, join the Legit channel.

    I've been playing since June and I haven't completed a SINGLE grp quest- they seem to be all bugged. I finally managed to get 5 players together for Blackdagger's End and it wouldn't even infterface, let alone load.
    Anybody else encounter this problem?

    Most low-level dungeons have been removed from the game. Just don't take those dungeon quests.
