what is the control wizards nerfs?

i hear repel and spell storm got nerfed but i cant find anything on it so for any one who knows the nerf to cw
i would like to and i know a few others who would also like to know?

what are the nerfs?
are they still good?
are they worth playing as a dps build?
or even worth playing at all?

    Storm spell got an ICD (internal cooldown) of .5 seconds and it doesn´t cri anymore.

    well i know they dont crit anymore is spell storm still worth using?

    control wizards are pointless, play as a hunter.

    Control wizards are still very necessary and needed. Especially if you choose to use something like ironzergs build in his topic "death is the best crowd control", my friend uses that build combined with pets that boost control power and crit severity, he switches between using a vorpal and a plaguefire cause he cries a lot but can debuff as well. (His damage is higher with vorpal) he also buffs everyone in the party with basically constant combat advantage and stuff like that. One of his weapon artifact powers lets his storm spell proc on any damage he does instead of only crit, and also spell storm can still crit. His damage further improved when he got the lostmauth set. Is he the godly beast he would have been before the nerf? No, but!!! A very loved and valuable addition to any team that still puts out heavy damage. Just get your resistance ignored stat to like 60% and boost your crit chance as high as possible without using eye of the storm.
