Can anyone actually get on?

Like ever since the game went down for maintenance I haven't been able to get back online. My buddies told me they were able to get back on, but every time I start my game up it takes forever at the "Connecting to shard provider. Please Wait..." part. Like it will eventually do it I guess and get to where you choose "PLAY" But I can't because it's gray. Any idea what my problem is guys? :(

    Try hard restarting your console. My gf had the same issue, but I told her to hard restart and now she is on playing. If that does not work, then I don't know.

    How do you hard reset the Xbox? I tried turning it off and on, but it just pops back up on this :/

    Yea I looked it up, but I have tried resetting the system a couple times and nothing. Still the same problem. It was a little like this yesterday when I got booted off but I could at least hit the Play button before being kicked off. This is just madness.

    Best way it to pull the plug and wait for 10 seconds if you are unsure as to how to hard reset. Also could try it with your router/modem. Good luck, it's frustrating for sure!

    atleast your account wasn't mysteriously suspended after all those server issues yesterday..

    My girlfriends was suspended on Sunday. Back up and running yesterday, seems like a 24 hour temp ban issued with no warning or explanation. Still working to get an answer.
