So I got online soon as the maintenance was done, logged in, got the patch- game freezes at the Neverwinter screen... no graphics driver crash, it just freezes. Have to use Task Manager to close it out.
I was able to get it past the Neverwinter screen in Windowed Mode for whatever reason, but when switching it to Fullscreen and 1920x1080 resolution I can't move the mouse cursor out of an 800x600 area in the top left corner of the screen. This is pretty frustrating, on top of other unpopular changes that most people are aware of by now, but I'm not seeing a lot of other people talking about this so I don't think it's to do with the changes they made with shadow reloaders or whatever this patch had.
I'm just a bit confused, graphics driver is up to date, restarted my computer, force verified... this started after today's patch.

GJ cryptic always fix the things in proper way
In the Launcher, if you type in -d3d9 it might help, it did for me.
1) Had to start in Safe Mode
2) From there alter display options for fullscreen
3) Then alter resolution from 800x600 to 1920x1080, but cursor wont leave an area 800x600 in upper left corner so...
4) Drag the options menu to upper left where I can still click everything
5) Change from Fullscreen to Windowed Maximized
6) Change BACK to Fullscreen and now have full access to the entire screen.
My only question, is why?
